As the Customer Service Team Leader at Mbiz.co.id, I lead a team of Customer Care Representatives who handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from online buyers and sellers. I also monitor and report our key performance indicators, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, and strive to improve them by providing training, coaching, and feedback to our team members.I have over 6 years of experience in customer service until now. Having previously worked as a Customer Service at PT Bank DKI, where I assisted customers with banking transactions, products, and services. I am also pursuing a master's degree in Communication Science at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, where I learn about effective communication strategies, theories, new media, and research methods.
