Started from my hobby in researching about company performance for my own Stock Investment. I found myself enjoy research and analysis. To be better in analysis, I currently learning programming language that support my job as analyst such as R, VBA and Python. Previously as Retail Business Analyst, I create reporting dashboard using Excel and prepare analysis report for Staff planning, Sales Steering and KPI monitoring. Works with all department to find better solution in tackling business challenge.Currently as Finance Business Analyst, I spend more time with Financial Reporting and Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting and Finance related KPI. Most of the time, I treat my job as a great learning experience and always thriving to find a better way to do the job, I believe that is the only way to become better at what we are doing.
