CurrentServe as the Chief Administrator of the church. Responsible for providing general guidelines to the church and overseeing the implementation of its policies. Responsible for the general coordination, administration, and operation of all programs and personnel of the church. Primary teacher of the Word of God as contained in the Old and New Testaments. To oversee the spiritual ministry of the church. Primary spokesperson of the policies, goals, direction, vision, and ministry of the church to the members, and to the broader community.Leading congregation in worship services, making the gospel relevant to people’s lives through clarity in preaching and communicating a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and Christian theology. Constantly striving to develop preaching and teaching methods that inspire and challenge spiritual growth of the congregation with the capacity to make the gospel attractive to others. Setting the vision and direction for the church. Systematically training disciples and equipping leaders for ministry through personal modeling, mentoring, and programming. Conducting new member’s classes for those interested in joining the church and instructing people who seek conversion to faith. Conducting weddings and funeral services, performing baby dedications and baptisms. Visiting members in the midst of crises, where pastoral care is required, demonstrating warmth, openness, and sensitivity to the needs of those involved. Creating goal ownership and a sense of shared purpose among the laity through leading by example, involving others in the decision-making process, and actively participating in meetings and events. Counseling those in spiritual need and comforting bereaved and assisting persons facing problems or decisions. Overseeing all religious education programs to ensure programs and curriculum are in keeping with the overall goals and philosophy of the church.
