• Taking full responsibility for the day to day running of all operational areas in the office and performance of SIMRS Medikapro in the Hospitals and Clinics.• Setting and achieving operational goals.• Ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships.• Driving best practice standards and processes across the business• Responsible for launching SIMRS Medikapro at clients’ location success and keep working properly 24/7 at each and every customers’ location.• Writing up reports, presentations and meetings

• Managing and supervising a team of 10-12 Junior Customer Sales & Relation to achieve organizational objectives.• Ensure that appropriate module changes were made to resolve customer’ problems. • Provide assistance and guide Junior Customer Sales & Relation team for helping customers with any and all problems that may occur
