Having entered the workforce at the young age of fourteen I have experience in various roles and fields. I have exposure in restaurant settings where I managed a crew of ten to thirty individuals throughout the day and graveyard shifts. I have spent years in retail and customer service roles. My management experience had allowed me to lead teams of up to 20 employees at one time, place inventory orders, preside over customer relations issues, and manage bank deposits. As a full-time parent I have gained expertise in organization, problem solving and time management. Having more recently established and opened my own business my critical thinking and negotiation skills have improved tremendously.
