As project manager, I'm responsible to manage projects with that I was identify problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and make the right decisions (selecting the appropriate products, procurement, availability, suppliers, warranty, budgeting, cost control, legal requirements, and regulations related to projects). Currently, we successfully running around 40 projects on time, on budget, and excellent after sales services. And we have around 40 projects are on-going (approach, design process, and waiting the feedbacks)Currently as project manager, I manage 8 member cross-functional (application engineer, lighting planner, project admin, and apprentice college student) team. For better work flow, I initiated & created simple ERP system (completed in 6 months) for project management based our business flow in Notion apps. Including logistics management, CRM, planning & scheduling, Gantt chart, Kanban view, projects dashboard, etc. Those activities can linked with Google products (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). With all that achievements and works, I have obtained intermediate knowledge pertaining ERP and project management. Also in-depth knowledge of Notion apps and lighting business.

As application engineer, I was responsible to supervised projects on site included observation for planning, explain products for installation, audit, and check light problems. For special projects used lighting management systems or smart lighting, I was responsible to make automation or program also commissioning of that systems. I self-taught learned those systems and discovered the several methods based on projects cases on site. During 7 months my tenure, I was completed 8 projects about lighting management systems. With all that experiences, I have in-depth knowledge pertaining lighting management systems & lighting controls.

During apprentice, I have obtained about engineering & lighting planning. Such as lighting design using DIALux evo and input the items into bill of materials, drawing lighting sketch 2D with AutoCad, and also how to wiring the lights and lighting management systems.
