Jiseki has pioneered a groundbreaking model to support the most vulnerable populations through Social Determinants of Health and employment. As CCO I established the first two employment markets (healthcare and hospitality), negotiated contracts and partnership agreements while stewarding customer success. Additionally, I drove partnerships with county and state agencies and sourced and managed over two dozen relationships with investors.

Carecubes is a pop-up, negative pressure infectious disease tent designed to isolate and treat any infectious disease, from COVID to ebola. Carecubes originated with the Biocontainment group at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Otherlab (a SF-based design group and think tank).As VP of Market Development & Commercialization and Head of Clinical I was responsible for partnering with leading medical centers, and state & local agencies to test, develop and pilot the Carecube – including sites for our FDA authorization testing and designing all clinical trial work. Cross functional work included marketing (website, content, etc) and product development and management.

CipherHealth is a patient communications and patient engagement platform.As SVP and CMO I was responsible for establishing and implementing the population health and health system channels for CipherHealth, resulting in a 10x pipeline in these two spaces in 6 months.

Caradigm was a joint venture between Microsoft and GE focused on population health and dedicated to helping organizations improve care, reduce costs and manage risk. Caradigm analytics solutions provided insight into patients, populations and performance, enabling healthcare organizations to understand their clinical and financial risk and identify the actions needed to address it.As VP of Clinical Solutions I worked broadly across all commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer success) and coast-to-coast on every sales opportunity. Marketing included being a company spokesperson at conferences and meetings from audiences of dozens to thousands. Product and team management as well across novel and new solutions inside the portfolio.

Worked with the offices of the CTO and CMO three critical business and operational areas: ACO and network management and strategy, managing the Medicare Advantage line of business, and health information exchange initiatives and partnerships with Anthem.Blue Shield of California was a client of Square6 Group, Inc.

Harris Health was a client of Square6 Group.Working directly with the system's CEO and CMO, I led a team of 4 consultants to review the CMO's data-driven practices, and then develop a leading quality and data reporting system across Harris Health. This included redeveloping business and clinical practices,data analytics vendor selection and go-forward clinical and financial models.

Christiana Care Health System was a client of Square6 Group (my consulting business).Following my designing and co-authoring the leading CMS Innovation grant worth $10M, I was retained independently to develop and implement the grants aims, which included large-scale data integration and analytics, vendor selection and clinical model development.

Bio+Tech was a meet up I created in San Francisco that ultimately had 500 members and met monthly to discuss the intersection of biology and technology

Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) was a client of Square6 Group.At BAH, I was a founding member of the West Coast commercial healthcare practice, responsible for establishing and developing new commerical clients for BAH west of the Mississippi. Additionally, I served as an executive consultant and clinical and technology oversight and development for the $350M ONC Beacon Program, which was focused on the implementation of information exchange, data analytics and population health management. I was clinical and technical lead across 15 of the 17 grantee regions.

MS was a client of Square6 Group.At MS I was responsible for the development of health system and regional health information exchange client development, sales and marketing.
