This is a great overview. • Provide each leader with Their Participant’s Report filled with in-depth feedback on Strengths and areas that are an asset to the work being done, and Concerns or areas that will negatively impact their performance3. Review the assessments with me to discuss and employee’s scores and next steps, or candidate debriefs to identify key areas to dig deeper during your follow up interview. This support is ongoing and complimentary.4. When additional external coaching is desired for employees – I have a three-session package that works very well in providing a focused start to setting performance expectations and creating accountability.
