Windy Earls is Edgewater’s Los Alamos Office Director, and the Company’s Assistant Facility Security Officer. In these roles she manages office operations and provides leadership, management, and technical support for Edgewater personnel as well as customer interface in the Los Alamos, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque areas. She also ensures compliance with Company-wide personnel security requirements.Windy has over 20 years of experience in the administrative, project management, and DOE contracting fields. Since joining the Edgewater management team in 2011 she has utilized her skills in business and contract administration, personnel and project management, and human resources to support Edgewater employees and customers across the Southwestern U.S. including the establishment of Edgewater’s latest office location in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
