- Welcoming customers at the department- Service registration, support Doctors to make subclinical indications for customers.- Collect hospital fees and guide customers to perform subclinical.- Control and monitor the return of subclinical results to customers.- Receiving calls and consulting services by phone.- Consulting and answering questions about service packages.- Negotiate, consult, draft hospital cost estimate when a customer is hospitalized - surgery / procedure at the department.- Make necessary reports, complete records of all types of Private Insurance, Health Insurance to send to the relevant departments.
