Served as staff biologist for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Anadromous Fish Screen and Passage Program in the Upper Salmon Basin. Worked with and led watershed planning groups to prioritize and coordinate the implementation of habitat restoration projects largely funded by NOAA Fisheries and Bonneville Power Administration as part of the off-site mitigation for the hydropower system under the Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Program.
