In 2004 I founded WineTalent to provide strategic and personalized search services to the wine industry. Having worked within the wine industry for several years previously, I was able to offer boutique search capabilities to my winery clients. From the creation of WineTalent I have focused on individualized searches; paying attention to the needs of both my clients and my candidates. With the sensitive nature of recruiting, I pride myself on providing completely confidential interactions at every step of the process.As the Founder and President of WineTalent I am pleased to see that our placements have become international in scope while continuing to be exclusive searches and long-term engagements. Yoh Company is the nation's oldest and one of the largest technical staffing companies. As part of the Day & Zimmermann LLC group of companies, Yoh Company includes Yoh IT, Yoh Scientific, Yoh Engineering, Yoh Healthcare and Yoh Managed Services. As District Manager I oversaw four business centers that included all of the mentioned Yoh services. My responsibilities included managing the internal staff, overseeing corporate accounts, acquiring new customer accounts and developing Yoh Company's government services business for the State of California and the Federal Government.
