Always worked toward helping students understand, identify, & respond to the most prevalent & problematic legal issues in day-to-day H.R. practice management. Emphasized communication of established and/or evolving best practices for effective communication & coordination with in-house/outside counsel sharing responsibility for employment statutory/common law compliance. Supplemented lectures & case studies with guest speakers from the local legal community and the E.E.O.C. Charlotte District Office.
