Fathima e.V. is a non-governmental non-profit organization based in Bad Honnef in Germany that aims to support local project initiatives within Africa. Therefore, Fathima e.V. is always working in close cooperation with local associations in the partner country. Fathima e.V. was founded in 2009 by former development workers and Africa enthusiastic people. Since then Fathima - Supports initiatives in African villages that train girls and open up career opportunitiess- Promotes training opportunities that use the potential of rural areas in craft and agriculture.- Arranges sponsorships, gives small loans for building up a career and helps in emergency situations.- Only supports existing initiatives by the African civilian population- Promotes encounters and opens dialogues between Europe and Africa by sending interns or volunteers.One of our key principles is that 100% of the donated money is arriving at its purpose in the project. Administration costs of Fathima e.V. are covered by the members with their membership fees.
