Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ) plays an important role in my workplace and daily life. I have to understand and control my feeling and emotion in order to understand my stakeholders' feeling and emotion in diversity workplace. Through effective communication and well listening, I am capable of manipulating my emotion to enable adaptive and creative thinking to resolve conflict during pandemic circumstance along with transformational change in my company. I hope EI concept can be circulated and promoted in any kind of workplaces such as in office, front shops and hybrid environment, e.t.c so employees can enjoy their work and love their family members as well.
