Have Comprehensive understanding about all duties and functions of MKT department from yearly plan making, campaign execution, and performance review to budget control.• Online marketing activities supervising and local property portal campaign management.Monitor daily performance of SEM, SEO, Display and other online campaigns and input local support.Launch and organize local property portal campaigns on mainstream classifieds website to boost sales and get good returns. • Local marketing campaigns plan and implementation Plan and organize local marketing activities, include proximity signage, print, outdoor activities, flyers, collateral, and others.• Events plan and organizationSupport and guide field teams to organize centre events well every month targeting internal customers, local brokers and prospective clients. Organize grand opening events for NCOs (new centre opening) in new cities targeting governors, landlords, local partners and local media. Have solid experiences to organize grand ceremony or media event for new product launching or corporate celebrations, such as 2015 Regus China 20th anniversary ceremonies in BJ, SH and GZ.
