-Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision-Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills-Observes service behaviours of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers

-Work with key stakeholders across Product Management, Account Service, Quality Assurance, Billing & Order Management and Engineering team, to achieve best results following the Design to Deliver process-Working with the Quality Assurance team to manage terms of system enhancements, technical integration, business use cases, testing, documentation etc.-Providing training, operation manuals and best practices on order management flow to internal teams

-Monitoring the Global Airport Passenger flight operation handling, conducting station auditsto ensure stations comply with company standards, following up withcorrective actions and support for any flight disruption-Provide training programs including DCS(Departure Control System),Company Product, Safety & Security to internal and 20+ service suppliers-Require working in outstations, frequency travel
