I'm from Hong Kong and I moved to Japan as a student when I was in my 10’s.I majored in Intercultural Communication during my university period, where I acquired Japanese language skill.After graduating from the university, I started working at Map International, a subsidiary of HIS. For two years, I studied customer service. I thoroughly understood the spirit of putting the customer first. I won the Rookie of the Year award and ranked first in the Kansai region in terms of customer traffic. With sales exceeding 70 million yen in the first half of 2004, I was promoted to Expert Counselor.After that, I decided to find a job in Singapore and to use my English skill more practically　 moved there.As a contractor at DHL in Singapore for two years, I learned more about customer service, re-learned Japanese by joining the Japanese team, and re-learned English by communicating with local staff and the US headquarters.After my contract at DHL ended, I joined Covance in Singapore, a clinical development services company. During my two years in Singapore, I was promoted from a Japan site support position to a local study project coordinator and then to an associate project manager in about six months.After getting married, I moved back to Japan and transferred to Covance Japan as the first Associate Project Manager in Japan. After just over a year, I was promoted to my first project manager in Japan. During that time, I worked as a global project manager, mainly creating SOWs (Statements Of Work) for many studies, including AZ, Novartis, and J&J.In 2011, I moved to the US with my husband for his assignment and finished my career at Covance. After the birth of my baby, I devoted myself to childcare. After returning to Japan, I'm working as Independent Contractor. 香港出身で学生時代日本に移り、大学にて異文化コミュニケーションを専攻し、日本語を修得しました。大学卒業後、HISの子会社㈱Map Internationalに就職しました。2年間、カスタマーサービスについて学び、顧客第一の精神を徹底的に理解致しました。新人賞を受賞し、関西地区で集客数1位を獲得致しました。2004年上半期の売上が7000万円を超え、エキスパートカウンセラーに昇進しました。その後、シンガポールで就職を決め、移住しました。シンガポールのDHLにて2年間契約社員とし、更に顧客サービスについて学び、日本人チームに所属したことで日本語の再学習、ローカルスタッフやアメリカ本社とのコミュニケーションにより英語も再学習しました。DHLでの契約終了後、臨床開発サービス会社シンガポールのコーヴァンス社に入社しました。そこで2年間、日本サイトサポートのポジションからローカルスタディのプロジェクトコーディネーターへ昇進、更に半年でアソシエイトプロジェクトマネジャーになりました。結婚を機に再び日本へ戻り、日本のアソシエイトプロジェクトマネジャーとして日本のコーヴァンス社に異動、1年超で日本で初のプロジェクトマネジャーへ昇進しました。その間、グローバルプロジェクトマネージャーとして主にAZやノバルティス、J&Jなど多くのスタディーのSOW（Statement Of Work）を作成しました。2011年、夫の仕事でアメリカに帯同しコ―ヴァンス社での勤務を終えました。出産後、育児に専念し、日本帰国後も育児の傍ら、2017年より請負業務として活動しております。
