- Analyse and monitor sustainability metrics, such as social, environment and ethics, to track progress towards sustainability goals.-Develop occupational health and safety guideline & related training programs and awareness campaigns to promote sustainability practices among employees and stakeholders.- Collect, and organize large datasets from multiple sources for Scope 1, 2 & 3 calculation.- Conduct factory internal audit and review non-compliances.- Conduct climate change workshops to teach local sustainability team on emission calculation and discuss emission and energy reduction plan.- Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability performance, goals, and achievements for internal and external stakeholders.- Knowledge on HIGG FEM, CDP & SBTi standard

- Cooperate with the government department (EPD, FEHD & HA) to keep environmental issues abide by the license- Monitor the environmental performance (air, noise, waste, water & mosquito control) of the Project - Responsible for CNP renewal, ISO 50001, BEAM Plus report, hosting environmental meetings, etc.

· Prepared a proposal and field visit for a research project· Student-in-charge in the science and technology career fair· Taught final-year students to write literature reviews ready for their Final Year Project
