Outsourcing of IT to CSC (ongoing):Task: In connect with Bombardier Global outsourcing of IT function to CSC in 2003, the IS (Information Services) Coordinator role created in order to create a communication channel between Business, Bombardier Global IT and outsourcing partner CSC for all production sites. The role covers managing IT hardware, software and infrastructure. Moreover it contains the administrator role of telephone / mobile communications, including management of suppliers.Responsibility: Central approval of all Service Requests / Request for Quote from Business to CSC. Support to Site Management / Business regarding IT matters. Asset Control - the adaptation of equipment according to Manning. Escalation channel to Bombardier IS Group and CSC. Management of Hardware replacement every 3 year in collaboration with CSC. Support with local requirements to Bombardier IS Group at global initiatives.Result: Making savings of 32% on telephony. Realization of the Group's target for asset control. Hardware replacement project performed with min. disturbance for Business.

Manager of Documentation and Training in Engineering dept.:Task: Responsible for customer documentation (manuals) and training from pre-bid phase to delivery to our customers. Documentation Deliveries in both train-delivery projects, and documentation projects to customers.Responsibility: Manager of Documentation Group (3 - 9 persons) in the Engineering department. Delivery of documentation according to contract requirements. Preparation of the plan, following up the project schedule, cost and quality. Also, to assist Head of Engineering with Resource Management of the entire Engineering Department (up to 40 employees). Result: Featured train deliveries with documentation and training::2007/2003: SGMII/III to NSR in the Netherlands. Refurbishment of 30/60 pcs. 2-/3-car electric train set. Both delivery of Documentation and training supplies. 2010: IC3 Repower As Built documentation to the DSB. Replacement of motors / traction module of 96 IC3 Train sets. Documentation Delivery describing "As Built". Documentation describes the integration of the traction module and was delivered in the client document template in Adobe FrameMaker.
