  I started as a junior animator working up to senior role after a few years. Using in-house tools and Maya, I have animated a variety of character, creature and environmental animations for the MMORGP, Runescape. The last couple of years, we have started to introduce Maya into our pipeline, so now, I also use Maya to rig, skin and animate. I have also helped with mentoring new starters and helping run large projects by time-costing the animation work and distributing them, making sure the work got done on time.Working with animation outsourcing companies is also something I have been involved in. Setting up projects with them using Shotgun, having meetings with them to insure we are working on the same level and have good relationship. I also give feedback for their work so we work together to create high quality assets.
