• Took a main development and implementation role in pension websites for Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone, Unilever, TSB, Maritime Super and Nestlé.
• Testing, maintaining and loading data to pension websites for British Airways, John Lewis, Nestlé, ASDA and Babcock.
• Responsible for the day-to-day system maintenance of the pension websites for Lloyds Banking Group, Babcock, TSB, Unilever, Nestlé, John Lewis, British Airways and USS.
• Supervised and co-developed with a junior developer the auto-enrolment site for The Pension Trust.
• Coached a junior developer to maintain our company websites (UK and Australia) and develop the brand-new America site within 4 weeks.

Liaised closely with the end users and provided user support, training and administration for two critical staff costing systems for the University of Leeds: SiriusWeb and Sirius 2. This was a varied and challenging role which required good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Provided technical design on a series of University module.

Provided onsite and telephone support for end users of Computime Software. This required quick problem solving skills.
