I had responsibility to build a rewarding professional environment and a stimulating business culture that ensured a healthy European business model for both Integration Consulting and our clients. I led a team of talented field based professionals within the European operation responsible for both business development and delivering exceptional results for our clients within the region. One key highlight in developing this team was the winning the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Project of the Year Award 2017 for a three year project with UKTI supporting inward investment in the UK from South America. The London office has been operational since 2010. This position was created through the international expansion of Integration Consulting within the European market place.

Reporting to the CEO, I had P&L responsibility for KTs European business. I lead a team of field based consultants and sales professionals within the European operation. This position had been created through the decentralisation of Kepner-Tregoe’s global operations and the return to more local geographic leadership.

Reporting to the President, Global Consumer Products Practice, I had P&L responsibility for KTs Consumer Products Practice in Europe. I lead a team of field based consultants and sales professionals within the European operation. This was a new position, created through the integration of all Kepner-Tregoe’s global operations.

Reporting to the Head of Kepner-Tregoe Europe, I had responsibility for business development, relationship management, and project delivery for KT’s training and small consulting project client base. I led a team of consultants and sales professionals within the European operation. This was a new position which had been created through the integration of all Kepner-Tregoe’s European operations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, I had responsibility for business development, account management and various roles in different consulting assignments, as a Programme Leader for various Kepner-Tregoe Results Based Skill Development workshops working with and for other consultants within Kepner-Tregoe. My roles were predominantly focused on developing business for KT-UK and delivering to our clients improved organisational efficiency through more capable people.

Reporting to the General Manager of CSC Manufacturing Practice I inherited the responsibilities I held in my previous position at British Aerospace albeit on different projects. I established programme management guidelines and principles for multiple development projects across aeronautical and automotive collaborative ventures. I also provided on a consultative basis assistance to other Project Managers in CSC, British Aerospace, and Daimler-Benz.

Reporting to the General Manager of BAeCAM I was responsible for managing projects, from £500K to £12M, which were providing integrated software solutions to meet manufacturing application requirements for various customers and partners. These included business units within various industries. These were; automotive company: Mercedes-Benz; component supply companies: Magneti Marelli, and Valeo; engineering companies: EFACEC (Portugal) and FETTE (Germany); and aerospace companies: British Aerospace, and Aerospatiale. Some elements of these projects were grant aided by the European Commission.

Production Centre Systems Installation and Support provided technical assistance on Manufacturing Systems to the Manufacturing Managers and their production teams within British Aerospace MAL, Warton Division. This included the largest NC machine shop in Europe. I reported to the Manufacturing Systems Director and lead a team of twenty engineers.

Manufacturing Systems Department designed and implemented manufacturing systems for new and existing facilities within British Aerospace Military Aircraft Limited, Warton Division. My key achievements were; developing and implementing successful training programmes for manufacturing operators and supervisors, and integrating semi-automated handling techniques within the production teams managing and operating the most advanced integrated machining centre of its time.

Reporting to my training officer I had numerous secondments to various departments across the organisation to become familiar with the business processes, operations, and systems. Numerous training programmes were completed with time out to complete my degree.
