A business consultant and advisor since 1995. I enjoy working in a variety of environments with talented people who are continually looking to realise their potential. In various roles, I have worked with many organisations helping them overcome their current challenges and ensure they set themselves up for success: strategy formulation and implementation in non-durable and durable consumer goods, organisational problem-solving for a major confectionery company, and sustained improvements in project management delivery for a British food manufacturer. I have worked in international project management related fields since 1991 and bring a wealth of practical knowledge that enables me to speak and consult with first-hand experience.I'm a Chartered Engineer through the Institute of Electrical Engineers and have been a Council Member for the Management Consultancies Association (MCA). I have worked in a business advisory role as a non-executive Director. I continuously look to develop my commercial and business knowledge and share my experiences through working with a variety of organisations.I have; led organisations and teams to achieve their business goals, developed strategies to achieve P&L performance improvement, developed and sustained profitable revenue streams with new and existing 'blue-chip' clients, worked with clients at senior levels and in various functions, and I have managed multi-million pound project teams: developing, integrating, and supporting solutions to improve performance. Best of all I enjoy what I do.
