I used to work in Hong Kong as a Deputy Business Development Manager in a toy manufacturing organization (May 2019 – Jan 2023) and at that time I was the only person who handled all the IT tasks at the organization including IT support, hardware and software maintenance, Microsoft 365 email management, network attached storage management, computer networking, etc. While I work alone and am a self-starter, I also deal with service contract renewals therefore I have to work with vendors and know how to negotiate the best price with them. I have acquired the technical knowledge throughout the years and also achieve the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate - an information technology (IT) certification from Cisco Systems) in 2022 that shows I am willing to improve from time to time. Currently I am taking the software development diploma course in Bow Valley College in Calgary (Alberta, Canada). I have been learning HTML, C++, CSS, Enterprise Computing, Mobile Application, etc. On the personal side, I am a digital creator that I take pictures with tech gadgets (visit my Instagram page @arpak______) .
