Prepare and implement sales & marketing plan, including tender bidding proposal, business proposal, promotion materials. Provide monthly review report for Director and management. Support in internal and external communication, and ensure a smooth communication flow.

Implementation of all marketing elements and coordinate with design team on graphic development, and coordination on instore signage production; responsible for managing marketing expenses, budget planning and control; develop and implement marketing plans and strategies , driving new product launch plan; implementation of all marketing elements, content, and liaise with media.

Responsible for business development and maintain sales growth in existing markets; oversee the market trend in rapidly changing markets; plan, develop, and execute various promotion campaign in both oversea and local markets; monitor and supervise the team to achieve goals on schedule; analysis and identify potential projects with existing and new accounts.

Organize and manage artist schedule; develop and maintain close relationship with media and business partners; oversee and supervise artists performance and ensure to achieve customer satisfactions; organize and implement in various projects, such as video production and promotion events to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies; event management, to drive marketing expansion and revenue growth through marketing campaigns; managing multiple projects; and prepare pre-sales and pro-sales materials, i.e Presentation, Project Proposal etc.
