• Directs, coordinates, exercises functional authority over QC Engineers, QA/QC coordinators, and QC Inspectors (Structural, Piping, Material, DC Surveyor) for planning, organization, control, integration, execution and management of, QA/QC daily aspect of project Inspection and monitor to complies to project requirements, International code of standard, client procedures, and standard code of practice for the successful completion of each projects.• Oversees review and approval of all Vendor’s document such as; Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), vendor’s project procedures and FAT procedures.• Carry out Pre-inspection Meeting (PIM) to each project, and ensure all workers and staffs involved are aware of the ITP, Project Specification, Client Procedures and Specification requirements and the status of KHL & client with respect to inspection during the course of the project.• Appointed as company ISO Internal Auditor, and to execute company internal audit and project internal audit within the company departmental section as per yearly audit plan and to comply with client audit plan and ISO 9001:2008 requirements.• Prepare and submit Project Specific Procedures (PSP) for client approval such as; Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), NDT Plan for Structural & Piping, Hardness Test Procedure, Positive Material Identification (PMI) Procedure, and Pickling and Preservation Procedure ( Front – End Activities).• Assist QA/QC coordinators and NDT coordinators in all technical information and codes & standards needed by client in whatever QC issues and engineering matters.• Conduct Source Inspection assessment and evaluation on any vendor’s supplying Equipments and materials that need to comply with the project requirements and code standard.

 In-charge of the quality and integrity of company’s products and workmanship to come out with the best technique and competitive cost. Responsible to ensure that the system and the standard practice is done accordingly and beyond with the contact requirement and with in the intent of the duration of time without sacrificing the quality and standard of the product. Maintained company quality and products and ensure strict adherence to the client QA/QC constraint to the quality and standard requirement. Coordinate and evaluate client Procedures and requirements with respect to Quality and based on ISO 9001 : 2000 standard procedures. Implement and enforce QC inspection / report preparation of all QC staffs of the company to strictly comply with the contract requirements during fabrication stage and erection of members at site. Analysis and solves problem appropriately to save cost and effective execution of any work. Assist and one of the key person of the company to acquire certification in ISO 9001 : 2000 from conceptual until certification. Conduct internal audit to each departments as required by ISO 9001:2000 certification and appointed as Company’s Lead Internal Auditor.

 Daewoo Corporation is the Main Contractor for Palau Compact Road Project, owned by the Government of Palau, finance by the US Government and managed by U.S. Army Crops of Engineering, (COE). This project is composed of 95 kilometer National Road, and seven (7) bridges. It will run around on-tire Babeldaob Island, served the twelve (12) State of Republic Palau. Responsible for the computation and preparation of the company monthly billing to the client and all support documents necessary for submission and approval of Corps of Engineer (COE). Responsible on subcontractors claim status, billing which is based on their actual progress and site accomplishment, and evaluate of some change order claim by subcontractor which is needed approval by PM and carry out inspection (If necessary), to be included in their original contract price, as specified in the scope of work under contract agreement signed by subcontractor and Daewoo Corporation.
