About 🔘 Hein Winkelaar
Hein Winkelaar founded PSTAMP in 2008, where PSTAMP became a part of Wonderware Benelux in May 2020. As a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering he started in R&D. 5 years later he combined his fundamental research skills and engineering experience to develop an innovative industrial process and became first author of a worldwide patent (WO0138283 / EP1232137). Working and living international, he became interested in streamlining operation. Advancing his career into Operations Management , Hein was trained in LEAN/TPM by the founders of this methodology (JMAC/JIPM).One Japanese founding definition struck him the most: “To stimulate the daily awareness of all employees”. As an Operations Manager of 4 operational factories, he used the methodology to improve productivity, increase morale and reestablish a healthy cost-base. Winkelaar’s factory was granted “Best Plant Award” for several times.Starting the PSTAMP company in 2008, resulted in a copyrighted hard-/software product and methodology; called CheckStamp©. Where small autonomous tasks are scheduled, secured and reported using a barcode-system. In 2009 the further product line was established, where the Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LockStamp©) was focusing on continuous improvement in industrial Safety. The PSTAMP-systems are used by various companies in several countries.Hein Winkelaar is JIPM/JMAC-certified instructor and also a SHELL-certified LEAN-practitioner and –coach.
