Heineken worked according the original TPM-Methodology for many years. I assisted on specific, however vital ingredients in their TPM-journey: “Autonomous Maintenance”. Where Heineken reached step 5-6 in the journey. Global consultancy firms could not help. They needed hands-on experience, regarding the practical in Maintenance and operations. The use of ‘5 Senses’ and Root Cause Failure Analysis needed to be combined with the wide experience of the Heineken-operators on the line. Following the 70/20/10 principle, obliged by Heineken I rolled out training, guided projects and sustained the efforts with local management.

Proud to assist a typical Dutch Production Facility, dating back almost more than a 100 years.The factory is owned by a cooperation of farmer-families.
