Responsible Includes:• Evaluate the manufacturing team overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.• Develop and implement manufacturing supply chain strategies in partnership with our suppliers and product development team to suit commercial and technical requirements of projects• Cooperate with the Business Development team to evaluate new potential projects, providing manufacturing strategies, participating in sales activities and providing support for budgeting for new deals.• Complete all manufacturing activities, including raw materials research, supplier selection, price negotiation and payment term negotiation.• Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with manufacturing suppliers.• Provide consultation to product development team to ensure all industrial design, packaging design concepts and engineering development work is considerate of the balance between design, manufacturability and cost.• Support and mentor OEM manufacturing suppliers to constantly improve the quality of finished goods and encourage the implementation of quality standards.• Prepare product instructions to review with manufacturing suppliers together with manufacturing documentation and quality control requirements to complete RFQs.• Coordinate the delivery of finished products to logistics partners and client warehouse.• New Product Introduction• Supply Chain Project Management.• Pre-shipment Quality Inspections.
