What can I say, I just love getting to know people.I started my career in recruiting, specifically in Hospitality recruiting. Quickly I grew my office, earned multiple promotions and developed the highest performing office for the company. I decided to shift the direction of my recruitment and focus on Accounting and Finance. The firm I was with closed just a few weeks before I had my son, which allowed me to stay at home with him for the first year of his life.Continuing my career in recruiting, I decided to give Corporate Recruiting a try. While I was abundantly successful in this role, I missed Executive Recruitment. I partnered with a former colleague and started my career in IT Recruitment. Drinking from the fire hose, I was quickly immersed in an abundance of acronyms and loved the challenge of learning the “tech speak.” When I was promoted to open the contract division I decided that I wanted to try something new, given my successes in Account Management and Sales, I took on an Account Executive role. I was one of the top performers in my stent at Angie’s List, earning Stephan’s Club for 6 of the 7 quarters that I was there. During this time I developed a friendship with the owners of Momentum, who often asked me to work with them.
