As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is to business success. With 5 years of experience in HR, I am keen on enhancing the employee experience while achieving organizational goals through positive workplace cultures. I have worked both locally and within the borders of West Africa in leadership positions. This has opened me up to see the gap in our workplaces and I hope that through HR strategy, coaching, and talent management I can introduce/nurture healthy workplace cultures that maximize productivity while satisfying organizational goals.
