I started my career in a building company, consecutively as an engineer in project coördination and sales. In 1995 I founded a development / engineering company in residential building. Left the company and the business in 2001 to start AMNorman which is a management consulting business mainly focussing on food, feed and ISO. Through the years we developed similar service activities in other businesses. Often succesful and resulting in new companies (like Twiska, Belap and TDLF), not always succesful, but yet always a step ahead in growing experience. AMNorman, our main company is growing fast. We entered 2021 with 32 employees and will most probably celebrate the start of 2022 with 45. 7 of them are partners as we believe that participation, respect and common passion are better keys to succes than big money. We assist other companies (mainly food & feed business) in improving quality and efficiency, in proving compliance of products or management systems with legal or commercial standards and in labelling and specification management.
