Since I am graduated from college in 1995, I have been to Angel as an engineer of yeast production for almost 18 years, I have seen Angel expanded from a small factory to a big company with my own eyes. During that time , I have attended start-up of 7 factory. After 2007, I am the leader of start-up for project of Guangxi project and Yunnan project, In 2013, I have been involved in Angel Eygpt plant. I have lot of experience on yeast process and yeast plant start-up. when the project is finished and plant is running , I am the senior process development manager in production center in Yichang. I am responsilble for the process of the yeast production. I love yeast technology and hope put my whole career in yeast production and yeast technology, Angel sweet dough yeast is my achievement and apply to Xinjiang and Guangxi plant successfully. Besides the lean dough yeast and sweet dough yeast, I am also familiar in fresh yeast production and selenium-enriched yeast production.

I am the senior process development manager of the group, normally I worked in headquarter in Yichang, but I spent most of time in the subcompay of Angel all over the China, I am involved in start-up of a new plant, process design and SOP design, apply new technic things,
