1. Payroll- Perform monthly payroll calculation and timely release;- File and declare employee Individual Income Tax monthly;- Work closely with finance team on payroll reconciliation reports and HR cost analysis;- Keep records of monthly payroll files for audit and compliance purpose.2. Benefits- Process Social Insurance and Housing Fund registration, reply related enquiries from employees;- Work with the providers and assist with the insurance claim and queries;- Handle expat staff housing benefits and arrange rental payments;- Organize and submit the applications for government beneficial policies.3. HR Operations- Track staff attendance and leave management on HRIS;- Maintain employee personnel files, update C&B data and information on HRIS for employee life cycle (new-hire, promotion, internal transfer and termination);- Generate employment certificates and amendment letters.4. Budgeting- Based on the headcount plan and market research, complete the budget and forecast for total HR costs, analyze the comparison and provide constructive suggestions.5. Others- Assist with employee recruitment, expat staff localization and visa applications when the team is understaffing.

1. New Teacher Onboarding: cooperate with vendors and arrange new International Teachers' arrival logistics; deliver localization information to help new International Teachers settle down; Work closely with other departments to deal with new teacher emergencies.2. Teacher Event Planning: Coordinate and organize different types of high-quality events to increase teachers' engagement; Collect event survey feedback from teachers and improve event level accordingly.3. Other: Operate WeChat official account to share helpful information and updates in the city; Involve in teacher travel project, take photos, collect feedback and write travel journal after the trip; Teach survival and beginner level online Chinese classes for foreign teachers.

1. Teacher Visa Application: Work closely with recruitment team and management team, process foreign teachers' work permit and residence permit application, renewal and cancellation;2. Visa info presentation: Deliver visa process and related information to new foreign teachers clearly via presentation;3. Visa File Management: Classify foreign teachers' visa-related document files after visa process;4. Contract Generation: Generate renewal contracts for all foreign teachers through nation and send out monthly report to payroll team.

1. Schedule planning: Plan class schedule for two schools based on product setting, customers' need and teacher resource2. Schedule optimization: Analyze customer demand and teacher supply, optimize schedule to increase class utilization and efficiency3. Analysis and forecast: forecast customers' need and allocate teacher resource properly by analyzing history data and seasonality4. Emergency handling: Communicate efficiently with service, sales and academic team, come up with a backup plan immediately when emergency happens5. KPI tracking: Track weekly KPI performance, calculate and release quarterly bonus report for national scheduler team
