This is a quote that I live by as it encourages me to excel in the hospitality industry by providing quality services that is significant enough for the guests to demand for more. I am a year 2 student studying in Singapore Institute of Technology, pursuing for a Degree in Hospitality Business. After graduating with a diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management back in 2020, I am very sure of my interest in the service line and would like to pursue further into this industry. As a kinesthetic learner, I am very willing to learn and experience new things as I continue to gain more knowledge in this business.For me, the most satisfying thing to see, is a smile on the customers' face after serving them. Working for a few part-time jobs have trained me to be more aware of my behaviour around customers. It also helped in my communication and inter-personal skills. I am a dedicated learner and is confident that my capabilities and skills can help me excel in this industry.
