With seven years experience in different industries (food industry; education industry; civil engineering), I have become more passionate about the success and growth of organisations. The challenges faced by different industries are usually central to the organisation's approach to Risk Management. Organisation's resources (financial,workforce) must be protected. Having attained the Post Grad Diploma in Risk Management, I now have a deeper understanding of the possibility of organisations to continue operating even after experiencing the worst exogenous shocks and internal mismanagement. Prioritising risk financing and not ignoring any risk indicator are key to organisational continuity.
