My role is multifaceted, encompassing leadership, project management, performance optimization, client relations, marketing, and legal compliance to ensure Barizi Data Privacy Services remains at the forefront of data protection excellence. I lead a team of dedicated data protection professionals, ensuring the seamless delivery of outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) services. My role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of data protection projects for our clients. I develop and maintain project timelines, enforcing adherence to deadlines and deliverables. I also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their data protection needs and concerns.
