As an Apprentice Chef I got exposed to so many tasks in the kitchen and also I got the opportunity to participate in the daily activities of the bar and the restaurant.I was responsible for order/meal preparation,breakfast buffet,mise en place,stock receiving,stock taking,parking of new stock applying FIFO method,scurlery,dry store cleaning,fridge cleaning......
