My main role as an attaché in this firm generally involved offering administrative and technical support for architects and other professionals in the firm. My responsibilities were:1. Assisting with general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing site minutes, maintaining project files, preparing and distributing project documents, reports, and presentations.2. Assisting the architects in creating, revising, and updating architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. 3. supporting the architects in coordinating various aspects of architectural projects. 4. Gathering information on building materials, construction techniques, zoning regulations, or sustainability practices and also analyzing data related to site conditions, building codes, or environmental factors that could influence the design process.5. preparing visual materials for client presentations and project proposals.
