I have always been an introvert, who likes to observe the people, learn from their achievements and failures. That is how I build myself day by day and I kid you not, 'I have learnt a lot'. I may not be the best but I try to be better everyday which is what I have learnt from my current company.I have been in UAE for 7 years, worked with 2 companies, It was a whirlwind of so many challenges which my 18 year old self could have never imagined as to what she was capable of. As an introverted person like me, working as a customer service/sales representative made me realize that expressing yourself to another person and to convince them with your words isn't that hard. Yes, of course there are rejections, but along the way you get to know the person and its more easier for you to express it the next time.The best tool that I have in my system is the ability to read the room and change my personality accordingly, as this is the key for me to blend in to any kind of work environment. Throughout my life, I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time.
