About Winnie Sue Cooper

My goal is to join and contribute to the success of an organization whose shared values include integrity, premier customer service, and the pursuit of quality in each of its endeavors. After 15 years in the Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial services industry, I am looking for new challenges and continued growth opportunities. My previous employment as an insurance claims adjuster and auto damage estimator has allowed me to develop valuable analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills that are applicable to various career fields. I am able to communicate using various mediums and able to actively listen to others to effectively problem solve. With strategic utilization of resources in mind, I am able to carefully consider costs vs. benefits of potential actions and choose the most appropriate option.Prior to becoming a licensed insurance adjuster I taught kindergarten in a private school setting. The opportunity to teach allowed me to guide students individually and in groups using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. My responsibilities included curriculum development and establishing clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects.Personally, I am an avid equestrian, active in the United States Equestrian Team, the United States Dressage Federation, the Central Tennessee Dressage Association, and Kentucky Dressage Association. I ride, train, and compete semi-professionally at regional events throughout the year.I look forward to an opportunity to visit with you personally, and I am excited about the prospect of reaching new levels of success within your organization.
