Worked for over one year in this role. All-rounded team player at this company as have worked in all the areas in the restaurant, from paella section, josper section, garde manger section, pastry section as well as front of house as service staff. Worked with chef to develop desserts items as well as some savory menu item. Learnt to use food technology to create and innovate traditional spanish food in newer and interesting plating styles.

Worked for two years in this role. Managed and helmed kitchen operations of one outlet leading a team of three. Worked on inventory control, human resource management, scheduling, menu engineering, menu planning, cost control and organising kitchen. Created savoury and dessert dishes and worked on lunchbox menu as an additional project for the organisation.
