• Manage PSS Shanghai Sourcing Office – sourcing team, quality control team and logistics team• Create Shanghai sourcing office structure and develop opeation strategies • Set up efficient and workable operation procedures & systems for Shanghai office to achieve saving goal• Screen best sourcing area and develop valuable sourcing opportunities • Recommend new products and innovative ideas on product engineering to head office• Establish and maintain long-term business relationship with qualified suppliers• Review all samples, quotations, product specifications, inspection criteria and suppliers’ background• Lead sourcing team to create cost analysis tool for various projects • Monitor raw material price trend and complete statistic analysis • Take part in suppliers qualification and assessment• Oversee supplier audit, product inspection and complaints handling• Support logistics team to ensure all POs to be shipped in time• Coordinate with all teams to ensure smooth operation • Quickly solve problems occurred in operation and keep on improving working efficiency via optimizing SOP• Responsible for recruitment and train employee training• Support Managing Director to plan and implement strategies to achieve company goal

• Manage Sourcing, QA/QC and Logistics teams• Set up the policies and whole operation procedures for the medical device sourcing office• Lead the company to achieve the purchasing volume and cost saving goal • Establish long-term business relationship with good and qualified suppliers in medical products industry • Ensure all projects can be processed smoothly and quickly• Evaluate factories’ quotations and samples• Oversee the Master Sales Agreements negotiation and factory audits• Support the QA/QC specialists to develop the QC specifications• Responsible for reviewing the reserved samples from final inspection and shipment release• Supervise all complaints to be processed properly and timely• Solve problems and ensure all shipments can be shipped correctly and timely• Provide training to staffs and make sure everyone can follow the procedure properly• Work with Chinese factories to improve the quality control and push suppliers to follow all quality requirements • Achieve average 25 projects per year and annual purchasing volume reaches USD15 million
