Act as the Manufacturing Engineering (NPIE):• Interface with R&D in coordinating product design change, new product release • Coordinate the development, buyer/planner team, supplier and manufacture resource to break down schedule, monitor all key milestone, figure out technical risk and all issues, make sure all key checkpoint quality and schedule finished on time• Define for quality control/quality improvement and test plan with R&D and QC• Present Operation readiness review for PLC different phases (1-6) to broader team• Work with customer for product feature/qualityProjects/Programs:• HRP/P170: high-resolution surface topography profiling• ZetaScan280/800: multi-mode optics• Material localization, work with supplier to figure out technical issues, and do FAI• Packaging process verification; Set up Clean room procedure, laser training

Act as the operations technical lead/owner for NPI products:• Own technical management, planning and delivery on NPI products• DFX ownership for PCBA and switch systems, Provide DFX feedback and drive to close DFX issues. Establish manufacturing processes and procedures, and do optimization at CM to achieving product stability and maturity• Audit manufacturing process and test readiness prior to each LCM check point review• Drive CM to address process issues and work with cross team (Hardware, Diagnostic, Mfg, CM) to close technical issue• Owns process yields to stabilize products utilizing root cause analysis, thorough validation and implementation of corrective action• Present technical readiness review for LCM different phases (0-4) to broader team• Drive to close all issues and transfer the products from NPI to Sustaining
