Psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for community health. In my clinical practice, I specialize in medication management for individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. I advocate for evidence-based harm reduction to minimize overdose and other harms associated with substance misuse. My research interests are rooted in my clinical work. I examine the influence of social determinants of health on substance use disorders. Additionally, I explore the relationship between trauma exposure and the subsequent development of addictive disorders.
