I am in charge of ensuring the seamless operation of events at the Baughman Center, whether I am serving as event staff and directly interacting with guests or serving as a receptionist and assisting the event coordinator with event planning and organization.

I would be interacting and having meaningful conversations with customers. In which I would provide detailed descriptions of different ice cream flavors. I would also explain which product be best for them based on their wants and their interest. Overall, creating an excellent experience for our customers while maintaining a clean work environment and making sure our merchandise was always presentable and in order.
