My Soft Skill Training position requires me to identify the attitude and behavior of individuals; the leaders and or employee group that reduce the value of their organization and ability to scale in their marketplace.When the behavioral struggle is identified, a customized training is created to move them from where they are, to where they need to be, via a well orchestrated experiential learning process. In the learning processes, I help the individual or group understand how their attitude and behavior impact their economic and social status. They learn that a flawed attitude leads to flawed behavior, which in turn, leads to high inefficiencies in performance that negatively impact both personal and organization bottom line. In Relational Wealth Development training, the individual or group learns the formula to building sustainable trust.A high trust environment is transparent in nature and allows for everyone in an organization to know each person's wholistic abilities and competencies. It empowers each person to access information quickly, hence lending to rapid response to inquiries or situations when need arises. The result of the training also helps independent contractors to build capacity, so they can collaborate and leverage other's reliable skills and competencies to win contracts. A rapid and reliable response rate increase an organization's competitive advantage in the marketplace.

In my position as Program Director, I design and implement robust programs specific to self-leadership growth and development.I was also responsible for recruiting key personnel that was strategic to the development of Stewardship Masters International’s brand. My additional responsibilities included: managing budget, joint venturing, speaking engagements as part of our brand awareness initiative, coaching, mentoring and mastermind facilitation.

Created service programs; recruited, trained and developed staff associates. Developed great customer experience programs which resulted in an 87% retention rate. Mulcare Beauty Studio & Spa's marketplace performance, earned us an interview on The Morning Show with Al Roker two years in a row in 1996 and 97.
