I helped redesign Workday Model My Pay for mobile and desktop. Focusing on the casual user experience, our main goals were to reimagine and design a simpler experience to help users save more money by helping them better calculate hypothetical changes to their existing earnings, benefits, and 401k.My role on Model My Pay included: • Conducting early competitive research to help define our project goals and strategy• Planning a workshop to identify business-critical moments of the Model My Pay experience• Presenting designs to key stakeholders, such as the Chief Design Officer and VP of Design• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand product requirements while simplifying the end-to-end experience on mobile and desktop
