My experiences have taught me the value of being dependable and dedicated, and my qualities are reflected in the standards I have for my work. In addition, I have also had the pleasure of cultivating a team of hard-working, dependable and dedicated members who have placed their clients as their highest priority, as well as developing leaders within NexGen to lead the charge in promoting our vision and values. I am proud to see the personal growth my team has had over the past decade and the impact our work has had on the lives and businesses of our clients. After two years of operation with many volunteer hours by business professionals, business owners and University students, our online community reached hundreds of members who came from many countries to Canada.There are so many people who moved to B.C. from worldwide and across Canada, more than 30% of them like to be self-employed or start their own businesses. However, no matter where the people come from, the challenges of being in a new city are the same.--Lack of local cultural understanding--Lack of local contacts--Far away from family and close friends support--lack of a network of like-minded people to encourage --Not sure what resources could be trusted when they like to build their dream careers or start a business.I was in the same place when I came to Canada as an international student and wanted to build a better life. We have done two months of research, compare of what on the market right now for Cloud Base Bookkeeping /Accounting software.
