I practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and related litigation. Over the course of my 16 year practice, I have counseled individuals and families on estate planning, including clients with complex estate planning needs, handled all stages of trust and probate administration, and have represented personal representatives, trustees, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in mediation and in court in contested probate and trust matters. My litigation experience includes representing plaintiffs in a civil jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court, as well as representing clients in a variety of civil litigation and personal injury matters.
