Managing the approvals process and ensuring senior stakeholders are engaged.Deliver communications and training including change management of processes and procedures to the business.

Regional Deal Desk - structuring non-standard and complex deals including guidance and coaching to the enterprise sales. Ensuring deals adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines and engaging with various stakeholders including Legal, Sales Finance, Revenue Accounting, Order Management and Account team to articulate deal closure. Contract and commercial review on all enterprise license agreements including subscription deal types.

Channel Sales Support & Operations - manage the operational business relationship of large partner accounts.

Customer Business Operations - manage major partners and enterprise clients, point of escalation for all operational issues.

Enterprise Customer Care - team lead for APJ contact center (Sydney, China & Philippines)
